The dog food is great and my dogs like it. However, the packaging is a little bit flimsy. One of the 16kg bags split open when I was picking it up.

Sometimes dogs need a gradual transition period, especially when moving from one food to another. We usually recommend mixing smaX gradually with the current food over 7–10 days, starting with a small amount and increasing it slowly. You can also try adding a little warm water to help release the aroma and make the meal more appealing.

For a small breed like my Jack Russell, the size is bigger than it has to be. It took my dog longer to chew on them.
I didn’t still fully convert to Smax, but I am adding a bit to the actual dry food .
