Delivery Areas & Shipping Fees

We deliver to supported locations in Egypt. Availability and shipping fees for your address are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any applicable free-shipping offer will also appear at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active mobile number.

Cash-on-delivery orders require verification using a one-time password (OTP) before dispatch. Please complete this step promptly to avoid delays.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 3 business days after order confirmation, including OTP verification where required. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to holidays, high order volumes, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through the website chat.
